Discover the joy of cooking in a supportive, recreation therapy-informed kitchen.This four-week culinary experience is designed specifically for neurodivergent adults who enjoy hands-on learning, sensory-friendly spaces, and a welcoming group environment. Each week, Chef Julie will guide participants through a delicious recipe while encouraging creativity, confidence, and connection through food.
