About the Program
Epic Empowerment for Adults is a unique recreation therapy-based program that invites participants to grow through play. Using the Game to Grow methodology and Critical Core framework, this group offers a structured, imaginative environment where adults explore social, emotional, and cognitive skills through Dungeons & Dragons Lite.
Participants will engage in collaborative storytelling, problem-solving, and decision-making in a safe, inclusive space—guided by Game Master and Recreation Therapy Assistant Sascha Maurer.
This is not just a game—it’s a purposeful journey toward building confidence, connection, and capacity.
