About

This JJRT experience invites you to slow down with a guided forest bathing walk, noticing textures, colors, and details in the changing season. Along the way, you’ll use our Instax instant cameras (no camera needed—we provide them!) to capture the images and moments that speak to you.

After the walk, we’ll gather at the Museum of Ontario Archaeology, where history and creativity meet. There, you’ll design a special art journal page that combines your forest findings, instant photographs, and personal reflections. Already have a journal? Bring it along to add this page. New to journaling? JJRT will provide one to get you started.

The event closes with a tea ceremony and oracle-style card messages, weaving ritual and reflection into your creative process.

You’ll leave with a unique art journal page — a tangible reminder of your forest journey, your creativity, and the quiet power of leisure.
