This twelve week residency is an invitation into art based practices grounded in an Indigenous lens, offering a slow and intentional space to learn and make. What to Expect This is not just about the final piece. We emphasize the process, the relationships we build, and the wisdom found in the act of doing. You are invited to engage with materials and stories in a way that honors curiosity and connection to yourself and the community. Continuity and Care: Because this is a residency, we have the time to dive deep and explore these practices together over several sessions. Grounded Creativity: We use beading and other hands on methods to reflect and create with genuine intention. A Shared Journey: Every session is built on respect and shared learning, allowing you to find your own rhythm alongside others.
