Join Sascha, RecTA, for a relaxed social space that actually understands how focus and comfort work for different brains. What to Expect We will be making simple fidgets while hanging out. There is no pressure to be "on" or follow a specific social script. Whether you want to chat, create in silence, or just exist in the same room as other humans, you are doing it right. Hands Busy, Mind Easy: Learn to make simple tools that help you focus and regulate. Flexible Participation: Engage as much or as little as you want. Your presence is enough. Low Expectations: This is a judgment free zone designed for connection without the usual social exhaustion.
