Functional Fitness with Malik is a guided movement session focused on building strength, mobility, and confidence for everyday life. Rather than a workout class driven by intensity or performance, this experience emphasizes understanding how the body moves and why certain movements matter in daily routines. Participants are supported to learn and practice functional movements like lifting, carrying, reaching, balancing, and transitioning at their own pace. Malik shares the purpose behind each movement, helping participants connect what they are doing in the session to how they move through the world outside of it.
