Experience Overview
Sometimes the best way to clear your head is to just get your feet moving. If you are looking for a break from the screen and a bit of fresh air, this facilitated group walk is for you. It is a low pressure way to enjoy gentle movement and shared time outdoors. What to Expect There is no set pace and absolutely no requirement to be the life of the party. We provide the space to walk together and notice the environment, allowing you to connect in whatever way feels natural to you. Conversation Optional: You can chat with the group or simply enjoy the silence. There is zero pressure to talk if you are not feeling it. Come As You Are: There are no "power walkers" here. We move at a speed that feels good for everyone involved. Mindful Connection: It is about being present in the world and around other people without the usual social performance. Cancellation Policy
JJRT Booking Policy At Jess Jones Recreation Therapy, we value your time and our commitment to providing meaningful, uninterrupted care. To maintain a supportive and respectful experience for everyone, we ask all clients to review and follow the policy below: Booking Appointments All sessions must be booked in advance. Appointments can be scheduled online, by email, or by phone. A confirmation will be sent once your session is secured. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel and an hour to reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. We understand that life happens. We’ll do our best to reschedule your session within the same week if availability allows. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time may be considered a no-show and billed accordingly. Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged in advance. We accept e-transfer, debit, and credit. Receipts are available upon request for insurance or personal use. Accessibility & Support Needs JJRT welcomes individuals of all abilities. If you or your family member require accommodations or additional support, please let us know in advance so we can prepare to meet your needs. Weather & Emergencies If JJRT needs to cancel due to weather or an emergency, there will be no charge, and we will contact you directly to reschedule.
