It is a low pressure way to enjoy gentle movement and shared time outdoors. What to Expect There is no set pace and absolutely no requirement to be the life of the party. We provide the space to walk together and notice the environment, allowing you to connect in whatever way feels natural to you. Conversation Optional: You can chat with the group or simply enjoy the silence. There is zero pressure to talk if you are not feeling it. Come As You Are: There are no "power walkers" here. We move at a speed that feels good for everyone involved. Mindful Connection: It is about being present in the world and around other people without the usual social performance.
