Ease and Presence is a gentle yoga practice centered on slowing down, listening in ward and reconnecting with the body as it is. this is not a workout or a stretching class, but a quiet, supportive space to soften effort and more with care. Through simple movements, breath awareness and moments of stillness the practice invites regulation of the nervous system and a deeper sense of grounding. You're encouraged to follow your own rhythm, rest when needed and let go of any expectation to perform. Come as you are. move as much or as little as feel right. Ease and Presence is a place to settle breathe and simply be.
