Learn, Make, and Connect Fidget-Friendly Social Hour is a facilitated gathering designed for people who benefit from having something to do with their hands while socializing. Participants are guided through making their own fidgets while spending time in a low-pressure, welcoming social environment. The session blends simple instruction with open-ended creativity, offering participants the chance to learn how different fidgets support focus, regulation, and comfort. While hands are busy, conversation can flow naturally or not at all. Participation is flexible, and observing quietly is always welcome.
